  • and, in particular, identify the skills and competencies candidates will need to be successful
  • recommend the best way of attracting those candidates
  • handle the whole 'front-end' of the recruitment process from developing a Search list and/or placing an advertisement through to conducting initial interviews and recommending a shortlist of likely candidates
  • help them with the final stages of selection/negotiation with the successful candidate

However, some clients use us for 'part assignments', perhaps to supplement their own list of candidates or for psychometric assessment etc.
